A Legacy of Community Strength
The Institute Sub Area Planning Committee (ISAPC) was founded with a singular vision: to ensure that no resident of West Dunbar, Pinewood, or Institute is ever turned away from essential human services. We believe that community strength is built on the foundation of radical inclusion, where every individual is seen, heard, and supported.
Our journey began at the William J Raglin Community Center, a hub of activity dedicated to serving the Kanawha area. From our Senior programs that foster intergenerational connection to our clothing closet and food pantry, we provide the tangible support needed to navigate life's challenges.
Today, we continue to grow our impact through dedicated volunteers and compassionate donors. We are more than a committee; we are a family committed to the well-being of our neighbors. Our story is one of resilience, service, and the unwavering belief that together, we can build a more inclusive future for everyone.
